ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Events Interns to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and event management, spanning projects from intimate workshops to large-scale events with over 100,000 attendees. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication and analytical skills, and is passionate about digital marketing and events. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is a plus, given the bilingual nature of our programmes.

This internship welcomes students pursuing undergraduate degrees, ITE, polytechnic, or other tertiary education, with a keen interest in arts, heritage, and practical applications beyond classroom theories.

It is a full-time, paid internship requiring 44 hours per week, including selected weekends during events. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are offered, with compulsory in-person meetings held weekly.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Assist in creating dynamic and engaging content tailored for various digital platforms

✅ Work with the marketing team to plan and develop effective content strategies

✅ Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely publishing

✅ Manage the company’s various platform profiles to maximise engagement and visibility

✅ Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events

ELIGIBILITY

While your discipline or major is not important, we are for looking someone who is/has:

✅ Highly dedicated, proactive, and self-driven

✅ Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn

✅ Deeply passionate about supporting heritage and our community efforts

✅ Familiar with digital marketing tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms is beneficial

 Experience in design, photography, and/or videography. 

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is a bonus

APPLICANT MUST BE

✅ Located in Singapore

✅ A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

✅ Preferably between the ages of 18 to 35 years old

✅ Able to commit full-time for at least 8 weeks
