ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Events Interns to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and events management for a range of programmes from small intimate workshops to events as large as over 100,000 attendees. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing / events, eager to learn, and have excellent communication and analytical skills. Due to the bilingual nature of the programmes, proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is a bonus.
This internship is open to undergraduate degree / ITE / polytechnic / tertiary education students with an interest in arts / heritage and real-world applications beyond theories learned in the classroom.
This is a full-time paid internship with a workload of 44 hours per week, and will be required to work on selected weekends when we run events. Flexible work-from-home arrangements available with compulsory in-person meetings every week.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in generating engaging content across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
• Create content calendars and schedules for consistent publishing.
• Manage and optimize company profile across various digital platforms
• Assist with events management
ELIGIBILITY
While your discipline or major is not important, we are for looking someone who is:
Ø Passionate about heritage and our community efforts
Ø Highly committed, takes initiative, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of responsibility
Ø Adaptable, resourceful, and a strong desire to learn
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills. Due to the bilingual nature of the programmes, proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is a bonus.
Ø Proficiency in Adobe creative tools and past experience with design, photography and/or videography is a plus.
Ø Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Applicant must be:
Ø Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Ø Located in Singapore
Ø Preferably between 18 to 35 years old
Ø Able to commit to the internship full-time in Singapore for at least 8 weeks
